Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Next Apps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for your use of VoiceMerge (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VoiceMerge. You can view the App on the App Store.
What VoiceMerge Does
VoiceMerge is a single-purpose iOS utility for joining audio recordings end-to-end and exporting one merged file. The App supports importing selected audio files, reordering clips, previewing merged output, and exporting supported formats such as M4A, MP3, and WAV.
VoiceMerge is not an audio workstation. It does not promise editing, transcription, noise reduction, mixing, backup, collaboration, or cloud storage features.
License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VoiceMerge for your personal or internal business purposes on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store rules.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law or by open-source license notices included in the App.
Your Recordings and Responsibility
You keep ownership of the recordings and files you import into VoiceMerge. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to process, export, and share those recordings.
You are also responsible for keeping backups of important audio files. VoiceMerge processes files locally and is not a backup or archival service.
Purchases and App Store Terms
VoiceMerge is distributed through Apple's App Store. Purchases, refunds, downloads, and device eligibility are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. We do not control Apple billing or refund decisions.
Privacy
Your use of VoiceMerge is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short, VoiceMerge processes audio on device and does not collect app data.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use VoiceMerge to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Process or share recordings that you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or misuse the App.
- Use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or Apple services.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of VoiceMerge at any time. Some updates may be required for compatibility, security, or App Store compliance. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by device settings, operating system changes, App Store availability, or third-party services.
Disclaimers
VoiceMerge is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that merged files will satisfy every technical, professional, legal, archival, or platform-specific requirement. Always review important exports before relying on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Apps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost recordings, business interruption, or substitute services arising from or related to your use of VoiceMerge.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Next Apps LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of VoiceMerge, your recordings, your exported files, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of VoiceMerge after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
