This Privacy Policy explains how Next Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with VoiceMerge (the “App”). VoiceMerge is an iOS utility for joining audio recordings into a single file.

Summary

VoiceMerge does not collect personal data through the App. Your audio files are processed locally on your device. The App has no user accounts, no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no network entitlements.

Information Processed on Your Device

VoiceMerge can access audio files only when you choose to import or share them into the App. The App may create temporary local copies so it can display waveforms, merge clips, preview output, and export the merged file. These files remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them using Apple system features.

VoiceMerge does not request microphone access. It does not record new audio, upload recordings, or send audio content to us.

Data We Collect

We do not collect app usage data, identifiers, diagnostics, audio files, filenames, contact information, or analytics from VoiceMerge. The App Store privacy label for VoiceMerge is Data Not Collected.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or logs. We use that information only to respond to you, troubleshoot the issue, and improve VoiceMerge. Please avoid sending sensitive recordings or private information unless it is necessary for your request.

Third Parties

VoiceMerge does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. When you download VoiceMerge from the App Store or use Apple system sharing features, Apple may process information under Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Children's Privacy

VoiceMerge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

Retention

Because VoiceMerge does not collect app data, we do not retain app data on our servers. Support emails may be retained as needed to manage the support request and our business records.

Your Choices

You control which files you import, where exported files are saved, and which apps receive exported audio. You can delete local VoiceMerge data by deleting files you exported or removing the App from your device.
